Andrew San

Andrew San is a Cambodian-American photographer based in Des Moines, Iowa. His focus is primarily portrait photography while using film as his medium to capture his subjects.

"The subjects of my project range from people I've known all my life to people who I met the same day I interviewed and photographed them. All photos were taken on my Rolleiflex cameras on 120 film. I'm grateful to everyone who was willing to sit and speak with me about their lived experiences, and tell me how they hoped their legacy will continue."
